Why would you need a “work” tab on your private blog? Well, I do like my job, just because it’s very satisfying. I devote 1/3 of my day to it so it is an important part of life.

No, work is not the most important, it lets me pay the bills but I need something besides that to stay sane. 🙂 That is why I have a range of hobbies – I have the pleasure of sharing some of them with Kinga, some of them I pursue on my own.

Work… I work to live, not live to work.

It’s hard to summarize in one word something that you do every day and like so much. More often than not, once I start rambling on about my job, whoever I am talking to usually makes very clever, understanding faces, but that is usually a sign for me to shut up since they have no clue what I am talking about…

To cut a long story really short, both of us build websites. I do so kind of from the backstage – where you make the site work and do all the things – whereas Kinga takes care of the part that everyone sees and she makes it look all pretty.

On the more technical side of things, I am a backend developer who takes up programming in PHP with many years’ worth of experience working in Drupal and Lavarel, as well as some episodes of programming extensions to Magento or Joomla. Kinga (a UX developer, which stands for user experience) specializes in CSS, HTML, JQuery and optimising websites for mobile devices.
